About this space

Our Waitematā rooftop community room is suitable for a range of uses. Inside there is a kitchen, 2 wall-mounted smart TVs, tables and chairs. The private outdoor space has fixed seating and a built-in BBQ. The Waitematā space can comfortably accommodate up to 40 guests. It is located on Level 13 within the Waitapu building of Te Mātāwai, 139 Greys Ave. Discounted rates are available for Te Mātāwai residents, registered charities and incorporated societies, just message us.

The hire includes:

A kitchen with basic amenities
Its own bathroom
4 flip tables, 2 trestle tables and up to 40 chairs
